Since January 2023, we at #TeamFirstPick have been working daily on authentic, creative, and fair influencer marketing solutions for our clients, and we are a reliable and motivated partner for our exclusive and non-exclusive content creators. With the founding of the company, CEO Marcel has made it his mission to address the many existing issues in the influencer market, optimizing processes and outcomes for and fairness towards all parties involved. Although we are still far from taking influencer marketing to the next level, we significantly contribute to the industry’s development with creative and authentic concepts, as well as fair and transparent communication, such as demonstrating the value of small and medium-sized creators to our clients. For this reason, over 40 exclusive and 400 non-exclusive creators, as well as over 300 clients, already trust us in such a short time. Every team member, mostly passionate about new media, gaming, and entertainment, takes on significant responsibility and enjoys high trust from management and considerable freedom. Additionally, we maintain a very close, familial, and transparent relationship with our talents and some of our clients.
